Research Director Georgina Kiss-Kozma presented the results of our survey of Hungarian and American youths at a conference organised by Neighbourhood Dialogues, a leading student project of MCC. The aim of the conference Survival of Societies - The Fate of European Cultures and Societies was to introduce international students to Hungary and Hungarian perspectives on world politics and social processes.
In the panel discussion "The Implementation of Pro-Family Policies and their Impacts", Deputy State Secretary for Family Affairs, and Hungarian Deputy State Secretary for Family Affairs, Dr. Attila Beneda discussed topics such as the value of the family, the social and economic impact of Hungarian family policy measures, and why Hungarian family policy could be an example for other countries. The discussion was moderated by Ágnes Szász, a student at the School of Social Sciences and History.
